      The Glass Station

Kimberly is the creative force behind The Glass Station, a Chicago-based glass art studio where vibrant colors, whimsy, and function come together—often in the form of her signature fused glass night lights. A full-time glass artist since 2012, Kimberly works with both torch-work (lampworking) and kiln-work (glass fusing), but her heart belongs to the playful, joyful designs that have lit up homes ever since she made her first green owl night light for her niece’s nursery.

Each piece begins with a hand-drawn sketch, then comes to life through meticulously cut glass, assembled with care and fused in a digitally controlled kiln. The result is a durable, detailed, and delightfully expressive piece of functional art, crafted one at a time by Kimberly herself.

At shows, you’ll also find her torch-fired glass jewelry and one-of-a-kind glass creations—each made with the same passion and precision. Whether it’s a gift, a keepsake, or a bright spot for your home, Kimberly’s work is all about sparking smiles and celebrating the wonder of glass.
